Reporting to CEO, you will be responsible for maximizing return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
Some Responsibilities include:
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits, providing information to external auditors.
- Maximize return, and limit risk, on cash by minimizing bank balances, making investments.
- Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
- Provide leadership for facilities and administrative functions.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related discipline.
- CPA designation
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance.
- Minimum 3 years leading a finance team.
- Proven experience in Managing Processes, Financial Software, Developing Standards, Auditing, Accounting, Tracking Budget Expenses, Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Performance Management.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset.

Our client a fast growing, well financed start up in Toronto seeks a Director of Marketing. As Director of Marketing will use your experience and expertise in demand creation to fill and grow the sales pipeline.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead generation activity from A to Z, including campaign development and delivery
- Leveraging paid media such as Google Ads and other potential lead sources - Lead funnel management and reporting, including volume and quality of lead, MQLs, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and overall ROI management
- Strategizing, developing, and optimizing on-page lead capture opportunities to capture traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and relevant lead generation content

- 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth / lead generation marketing
- Experience with long-cycle (multi-quarter) lead nurturing programs

You’ll be responsible for:
· Responsible for ensuring the S&OP process delivers the strategic objectives of the organization
· Responsible for ensuring Supply strategies are developed and implemented which meet and/or exceed Demand requirements
· Responsible for business processes which result in an aligned revenue / demand forecasts for both long-term (e.g. 3yrs. / 5yrs) and near-term (18 month rolling)

What you’ll need to bring:
· 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and ERP or a related field

· Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation management

Our client, a custom fabrication company in Mississauga seeks a Sr. Process Engineer.
As Senior Process Engineer you must be a self-motivated, detail focused and innovative individual with the skills required to successfully develop and execute project tasks and deliverables. This person will lead a team of Process Engineers and Designers to develop and implement process deliverables and designs on technically complex, custom equipment primarily for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical processes.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- A recognized engineering degree relevant to field, licensed in province of Ontario preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of sanitary process equipment design experience.
- Practical work experience in design and fabrication of sanitary process systems including piping, vessels, and CIP/SIP requirements considered an asset.
- Experience with sizing calculations for equipment such as pumps, heat exchangers, control valves, and relief valves.
- Experience with designing piping systems under ASME B31.1, B31.3 and ASME BPE.
- Knowledge of designing vessels under ASME Sect. VIII.
- Knowledge about unit operations within pharma/biopharma industries including fermentation, purification, formulation, clean utilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Auto-CAD software.
