Our Managing Director,  Gary Hepworth created HC2advantage in response to many of his prior clients who were looking at their people organizations for something different.... something with a greater effect on the bottom line.   And the bottom line was that conventional HR thinking wasn't getting at the real issues, or the barriers, or the opportunities for today's business leaders. 

  Gary specializes in organizational design, strategy and tactics, culture development, leadership development, compensation, and outsourcing disciplines. Gary has worked across many industry sectors. He has guided many clients through mergers and acquisitions, business transformations,  major staffing  campaigns and a pandemic. 

With over 20 years’ experience in talent management roles, Donna has become an expert in the field of sourcing strong management and technical talent across North America. Donna joined HC2 Advantage as a senior associate and leads the talent services group. 

Donna has an extensive network of candidates and a loyal client base. She is recognized for being able to place the right candidates in the right roles within the client’s desired timeframe.
